Told them about VPN and how they would need it if they wanted to access department drives outside of WOU network.

Showed how camera works on new monitor.

Told them if they needed help w/ anything to email or call and we can help them.

I need some additional information regarding service request #83415

Description: set up new setup for Daniella Dugan (starts 5/9)

Will this laptop need any special software? If the default apps provided are fine, then this setup is all ready to go. Our default apps are: antivirus, MS office suite, Adobe, zoom, chrome / edge / firefox, as well as a few others.

If so, should I reach out to Daniella to coordinate a good time to install this?

Awesome! Thanks for letting me know. I did 
actually remember a question I had, currently my 
office has a tower and 2 monitors, and I was 
hoping to keep both monitors even after getting 
the laptop - it's just easier for me visually to 
have 2 big monitors. I'm not sure if that would be 
an issue or not, so I wanted to ask!
