Updated computer. Dell command update put a high def 
audio driver on the computer. After a restart this 
resolved the issue.

Hi Allison,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #83436

Description: Speakers not working on laptop

I would prefer to work on your machine while at your 
office. I see the note that you currently have class 
today between 12-3:50. I leave at 4 today and wont be 
back until Tuesday. I also work Thursday and Friday 
next week from 8-4 if there is a time that works best 
for you.

She is having a speaker issue, please work 
directly with her on this issue. Let her know if 
she needs to bring her laptop down to your office 
to be worked on. or schedule a time to meet her by 
emailing omlida@wou.edu. She has class today 12:00 
- 3:50 in ITC 311.
