Hi Tracy,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#83440)

Description: Not printing correctly double sided

I went and took a look at this printer. I was able to 
recreate the issue. I was then able to get it to 
start printing correctly. I pulled the fuser out and 
reseated it in the machine. This seemed to fix the 
issue. Let me know if Cheryl continues having issue 
with this printer.

Hi UCS,

Please create a service request for:
Mathematics Department - Algebra printer issue in 
MNB 127 (closet across from MNB 126)
ISSUE: ? maybe a fuser issue?
Double-sided prints are not printing on the second 
page in the top left corner. For printed examples 
please see Cheryl Beaver. beaverc@wou.edu. or 
print your own double sided print and see if it 
works for you.

Monday 5/13/24, 11-1 I have a student worker who 
can let you in MNB 126 if needed.

Reminder: set up time with Tracy in ITC 310B or 
boysont@wou.edu, if you're not able to get into 
MNB 126.
