Hello, 

Could you check on our Ricoh in the WUC? It's name 
is Tank. When I try to get into the scanner 
function it says please wait and just spins. It 
says print job was stopped but won't let me 
doesn't show any jobs in the queue and won't let 
me delete anything. It's printing fine from our 
pc.
