They were attempting to print with In cite (sight?) online and through Firefox.

It was indeed only printing one page at a time (the first page) and then erroring out. What worked was - downloading whatever you are printing as a PDF, and printing from a physical app like word or acrobat. Or, we switched browsers from Firefox to Chrome and it worked like a charm. 

Another user was having the same issues, SR 83452,

My printer (Bookie) here in the Bookstore is not 
working since the new upgrade. I tried restarting 
my computer and the printer. We do have another 
printer, Bookman, that is still working for me, 
but Bookie is my preferred printer. Can you help, 
please?
