Good morning Zach, 
I am going through some of our older service 
requests in our ticketing system ahead of the 
beginning of fall term. I see that you had some 
issues connecting your printer to your apple 
macbook laptop earlier this year in may? 

Did you ever get this figured out? by either a 
tech coming out and helping you with it or 
figuring out the issue yourself?, if yes, 
fantastic and I'll close the ticket up for you. 
But do please let me know if you are still having 
the issue and we can try to up the priority on 
this issue so we can resolve it for you ASAP.

Have you had an opportunity to update your computer to the latest Mac OS?

We still have an open ticket regarding getting you hooked up to printers in NPE.

If there is a good time next week to look over this for you, we are more than happy to schedule an appointment.

Made sure printers were added correctly. Then 
informed Zach that it might be due to his computer 
being on MacOS Mojave. Started the update then 
told him to try it once it's done nd let me know 
if it is able to print or not.

Hello, 

I am unfortunately, down in Eugene at the Oregon high school 
state meet recruiting the next three days. I will likely come back to 
the office this afternoon for a little bit. Everybody upstairs does 
have a key to my office, however. Justin Crosswhite downstairs in 
the admin office has a key as well if it was possible to check it out

Hello,

My name is Zachary Holloway and I work in 
athletics in the New PE buildingI have tried the 
normal reset or deleting of our printers in New PE 
(ATH-Hallway & PE-Athlete) and I can't get my 
computer to connect my printer. I wanted to see if 
there is something else I can try on my end.
