Old laptop was accessed and Asure was unlicensed on it, Asure was activated on the new device and swapped out.

Old device is currently sitting in 2 weeks pile.

Good Morning,

I know that UCS is closed today, but I'm here so I 
thought I'd get an email started so you might see 
it early on Monday. 

I wanted to follow up on the email I sent to Jack 
and UCS Help on Tuesday this week.  Before I left 
for vacation (on June 18th), Jack had started the 
installation process with the new laptop by trying 
to login and uninstall the Asure ID license from 
the older laptop that we are replacing.  The old 
laptop had a bunch of updates and was taking too 
long so Jack said he'd return the next morning.  
The old laptop was on my desk when I returned on 
Monday, July 1st, but I don't think anything 
happened with the attempt to unisntall/install 
Asure ID. I will be leaving for a conference on 
Tuesday morning, July 9th.  The laptop I use is 
the other laptop that has Asure ID installed.  So, 
I only have Monday to troubleshoot with the new 
computer at the ID card station that we have setup 
for the PACK Connect days to make sure printers 
are connected correctly and Asure ID is working 
well.  I tested everything with my laptop this 
week, but I kind of need a laptop to take to the 
conference.  If we can't get Asure ID installed 
and tested before Monday afternoon, could I at 
least have the laptop for the week and I'll leave 
my current one here and take the new one to the 
conference?

Hi Jack,

I am back from vacation now.  I had assumed that 
the computer project would have been resolved. But 
I'm not finding the new laptop anywhere and the 
old one is on a chair in my office.  With Pack 
Connect happening next week, I will need that 
laptop for the ID Card Station. Is there any way 
to get the switch completed and tested (meaning 
printers connected, etc.) before the end of this 
week?  I will also be in the office on Monday, 
July 8th.  Please let me know when a good time is.  
Just remember, we have to remove the license from 
Asure ID from the current laptop to get it on the 
new one, I believe.

has azure id on it, I believe 11g 32 client is on it, need to check with John that it is configured right.

device finished updating and will only need Azure ID as well as the 11g client 32. Will have to move keys from old to new.

Description: set up new laptop 20230510[Edit Inv] replacing W20150134 for WUC ID Laptop

What special software is needed on this machine? Is it only Asure ID?

Changed laptop to AHCI from Raid on. Computer is done 
imaging and fully updated.

Located on the far left of the imaging desk. Have 
tried to image over pv4 but each time it says:

 (Task sequence 'Win10-22H2' has failed with error 
code 0x80070490 in the task sequence step 
'Partition Disk and Format'.)

Have tried manipulating bios settings but have had 
no success. Changed from Raidon to NHCI/NVME and 
other variables but failed to boot each time. Not 
sure how to proceed with the image.
