got printers added, made sure everything was ready to go.

Was able to set this all up, took back their old device to wipe and or assess as apparently it has had issues and may have needed a motherboard replacement in the past.

If it is a working device we will reimage and get it back to them, if not we can keep it for parts.

they were reusing their old dock and monitors.

Hi Lauren,

I need some additional information regarding service request #83522

Description: set up Lauren's W20230511 laptop 

Are there any special apps that you need UCS to install on this PC? If the defaults are okay and you are able to download the apps on your own, this laptop is ready for a pickup / drop off somewhere on campus.
