They dropped their old equipment off and picked their new equipment up; had them sign in, set admin rights, added VPN as well as the TRI I drive.

Hi Ikaika,

I need some additional information regarding service request #83527

Description: set up MacBook Pro system for Lupita Maravilla Maciel who is a remote worker 

Will this MacBook need any special software that UCS typically installs on these machines?

Our default apps are: zoom, antivirus, chrome / firefox / safari, microsoft office suite, adobe, and a few others.

Also, should I coordinate with Lupita to pick these up?
