I am unsure why their macbook has problems printing. 

I readded the AALC printer out side their office with success; one of the things i noted with this printer was that it seemed if it was 'asleep' it would have to be physically woken up by pressing the power button and would resume printing; it doesn't resume when a print command is sent to it.

I would like to make sure that this printer can print without doing this if possible.

We also talked about reimaing their laptop.

They seemed to be content with the idea; we can prepare a loaner and create a ticket to reimage their main device and get that back to them.

Hi Letiticia,

We have one tech on shift currently and he has an 
appointment scheduled @ 11:30 am today. He is 
installing a new printer which takes some time to 
work on. He is unsure if he can make it to you 
today, but will try. 

Do you have any availability on Friday since you 
are working remotely tomorrow? We can try to 
schedule a time for Friday if that works with you.

he called and said that she is getting a hold for 
authentication error. She is open to a tech 
calling her and giving her some directions on how 
to resolve the issue if they are not able to head 
over.

Otherwise, she would appreciate assitance to 
print. She is available till 5pm with the 
exception of 1hr appointment @3pm with student.
