Mary Dycus	May 21, 2024 09:33 AM	- Henry called this morning and stated that he is missing photos that he thought would be in his H drive, which he can not find in his library photos. The file missing was named 'Pictures'. He also mentioned that he wanted to make sure nothing happened to the previous tower as his photos might be in there. -He also stated that his computer does not have the local printer set as the default and he has to go in and manually find it every time. Wanted to know if a tech could help get that set up for him. - Lastly, he mentioned that he is having trouble accessing files.	Add Attachment
