when they plugged the ethernet back in, they plugged 
them into the wrong port, found correct port and 
restarted printer, works now.

The printer is on but I get this message when I 
troubleshoot.

Hi Paula,

Glad to hear that it copies and scans. Are you 
able to try deleting and re-adding your printer? I 
have attached instructions below. Do you get the 
same error? Does it not print?

As a precaution to the water leak in the WUC, all 
electronics were unplugged. Now that we are able 
to move everything black in place and I plugged my 
printer back in, it is not working when I send a 
print job from my computer to the printer.

Could you please tell me how I can get it to work 
again? It does copy and it does scan, it just does 
not print when I send a document from my computer 
to the printer.
