Uninstalled acrobat, couldn’t reinstall cuz the computer doesn’t
have a missing C++ component. didn’t have enough time to install
it before the office closed. Going to head back tomorrow or next
week.

no problem, is your computer currently at your
office. If I could get access to it I could take a
look and see if I can find a solution

Thanks,

I'm not positive, but I don't think so. (I'm
working remotely so I can't give you a definitive
answer.) I remember having it a couple years ago,
but for some reason it seems to have been
discontinued, although I'm not sure why.

Hi Debbie,

I need some additional information regarding service
request #83571

Description: Adobe Acrobat displaying error message:
not designed to run on windows or contains an error

I was reading over this ticket and understand that
adobe isn't working. Do you happen to have adobe
creative cloud installed on your device?

Thanks,

-Brady

It sounds like adobe may need updating or reinstallation as a whole.

Oops, I made a fairly large typo - my previous
email should have read that I will be back in the
office on Tues. May 28 (not June 28th!)

My computer # is 20181060[Edit Inv]. Our Office Coordinator
(Veronica Magallon-Smith) will be at the front
desk of our BELL 234 office in the mornings until
11:30 am.

I have not installed Adobe Acrobat on my own.
Whatever I had was already installed for me a few
years back so I don't know why I am getting that
message.

Hi Debbie,

Did you install Adobe Acrobat using the links
available in your portal homepage? What is the
WOU# of your device? Will our techs be able to
access your office since you will be out till June
28th?

Let me know when you can and I can get a service
request ticket created for our techs to help
troubleshoot your issue.

Best,
Sam

I keep getting the following error message:

AcroCEF.exe - Bad Image

C:\Program Files
(x86)\Adobe\AcrobatDC/Acrobat\acrocef_2\libcef.dll
is either not designed to run on Windows or it
contains an error. Try installing the program
again using the original installation media or
contact your system administrator or the software
vendor for support. Error status 0xc000000d.

However, I will not be in the office again until
next Tues. June 28 but will be available via
email.

Debbie
