You can delete this service request.  Since I 
could not access my work files due to lack of VPN 
availability I decided to come back home to work 
instead.  I will bring in our office's laptop to 
get updated once I'm back on campus.

I am working remotely from the coast for today and 
tomorrow while my husband is attending a 
conference.  I am using our office laptop and 
email, zoom meetings, etc. are all working fine, 
but I no longer have VPN access.  When I logged in 
last night to make sure everything was working 
fine for my zoom meeting this morning, the old 
Cisco AnyConnect icon was still on the desktop - 
and actually worked!  But this morning, when I 
clicked on the icon, it said it was no longer 
available.  That's when I remembered the VPN 
"system" changed a while ago, but our laptop has 
not been used outside of the office since then, so 
I didn't think of having it updated before I left.  
Is there anything UCS can do from there to help me 
get the VPN access on the laptop now from where I 
am?  Otherwise, there is not a whole lot of work I 
can do without being able to access my files and 
it will be such a waste of time!  My WOU laptop # 
is 20140706[Edit Inv], if that's of any help.
