Hi Veronica,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #83595

Description: LAS Dean's office printer making some 
weird noise when it prints and it is printing very 
lightly

Is anyone available today for us to come take a look 
at this issue. In our research we may have figured 
out what might be the cause.

Hi Veronica,

I need some additional information regarding service request

Description: LAS Dean's office printer making some weird noise 
when it prints and it is printing very lightly

I was talking to my supervisor about this issue and he said that it 
could be a few things that we’ll probably have to come back and 
test. He said at this point he would recommend using it as little as 
possible, but once I have an update on how to test it I’ll let you 
guys know.

Hi,
Could I have someone come over today before 
11:30am or tomorrow anytime to look at the 
printer? It is making some weird noise when it 
prints and it is printing very lightly.
