I need some additional information regarding 
service request #83610

Description: set up new IFC set up for Zachary IFC 
replacing 20150572[Edit Inv]

We are currently updating and making sure your 
laptop is ready to go for you next week and I 
wanted to check if you needed any special programs 
installed or if the basic image (Microsoft Suite, 
Zoom, Adobe etc.) would be sufficient?

Also, is there a good time next week for us to set 
it up for you?
