I need some additional information regarding service request #83621

Description: install Stata/BE for Becky Phillips (download on T:Drive)

I am largely confused as there has been a lack of updating on our end with these tickets.

Would you be able to remind me why we have your original laptop, 20210802[Edit Inv]?

Also, what loaner have you been assigned? Was it 20170222[Edit Inv], or was it 20210582[Edit Inv]?
