Letting it charge. When attempting to hard boot it 
(hold down refresh key and tap power button once), 
the screen flashes but does not turn on.

Thanks so much! I only have one formal observation 
left for the term and that is today. I'll do that 
the old fashioned way on paper and write it up at 
home.

I'll bring the Chromebook up on June 10th. I will 
not need a loaner over the summer.

Hello,

I made the service request for this, SR#83648. If 
you are able to bring the Chromebook into our 
office, we can have a loaner set up for you while 
your Chromebook is being looked at and while your 
replacement request is being processed, although 
we only have Windows laptops to loan out. If you 
are interested in that option, what day and time 
would work for you to come by and swap the 
computers?

Put in the request this morning via the link on 
the portal.
This is my primary device.

White indicator light shows in the charging cable. 
When the charging cable is inserted into the 
chromebook there is a blinking light on the 
chromebook, purple in color.

Good Morning Paul,

When you charge the device, is there a light 
indication on the device or perhaps the charging 
cord? Is this your primary device? When did you 
put in a request for a replacement? Let us know 
when you can and I can create a service request 
ticket for our techs to help troubleshoot your 
issue.
