also remember when logging into gmail they need to 
use  username@mail.wou.edu

This is most likely not a Systems Team request. 
Please work with the customer to confirm how she 
is logging in, and if needed instruct her how to 
confirm that she is logging into the correct WOU 
Gmail account.

However, Kathy was able to get into the portal and 
login to her email just fine after being prompted to 
via an incognito window.

Kathy called this morning stating that she was 
unable to get into her WOU portal, she stated that 
she was receiving the error message 'WRONG 
PASSWORD'. Kathy mentioned that she has used the 
same password forever and was confused on why she 
was getting this error message when trying to 
login. After going through account lookup Kathy 
was able to use her new password to get into the 
Portal, but when she clicked on her email her 
personal email was popping up instead of her work 
email. When Kathy went into change this she put in 
her work email and then went to input her new 
password she was given an error message that said 
'WRONG PASSWORD'.
