Hi Ikaika,

I need some additional information regarding service request #83781

Description: new setup for Allysa Geoffroy (remote worker) - bestow admin rights when picked up

This setup is all ready to go, I am unsure when Allysa starts, and I do not have their email address yet (I don't think it's been created). 

If you have any updates regarding their start date, or could send them our way to schedule a setup date, that would be much appreciated.
