I stopped by briefly just a little bit ago and it seems you weren't around; would we be able to reconnect some time next week, say on Tuesday at a specific time? I believe I am open all day next Tuesday.

issue is still present, keyboard and camera both 
work randomly off and on. Bumping it up since it is 
from June

I am going through some of our older and still 
open tickets in our service request system, and I 
found one related to you regarding some issues 
with your keyboard and camera? 
Was this ever resolved for you? or perhaps you 
figured out the issue by yourself?. Let me know, 
and if not then I will bump up the priority and 
make sure this gets fixed for you ASAP. 

Additionally, in our system we have your office 
listed as Physical Plant 121 (PP121) however the 
monitor listed under your name is listed as 
TODD134. Hoping to also figure out what your 
correct office is for inventory purposes!

Hello,

I recently got a new work setup but my keyboard 
will only work half of the time and the integrated 
camera on the monitor doesn't work. Can I get help 
figuring out what the issue is?
