I am looking over some old and still open Service 
Requests in our ticketing system ahead of the 
start of Fall term. I see a ticket listed for your 
computer and you as a contact with the description 
"Issues connecting Laptop to Mobile Hotspot", for 
the laptop #20190237[Edit Inv]. It hasn't been updated in a 
while and I'm checking in to see if anyone ever 
helped you figure out this issue? or if it was 
resolved by itself? or perhaps the issue is still 
present and you are still looking for assistance?

Hi Michael,

I need some additional information regarding service request #83811

Description: Michael McGlade's laptop is not connecting to his phone's hotspot reliably.

Has the hotspot still been problematic?

I am unsure if you stopped by this past Monday,

He says he has an iPhone 15 pro max and a dell 
laptop that is 5-6 years old, so I believe the 
laptop may not have the latest stuff updated on it 
to address the iphone though I could be wrong.

I explained that it would be easiest to see and 
diagnose these issues in person, and he said he 
may be able to stop by late Monday morning 
(6/17/24) for a tech / someone to look over this.
