20170346[Edit Inv] was not wokring so I put it back in the 
loaner box. I checked out 20150202[Edit Inv] instead. I also 
gave amber a couple cables, an HMDI cable, a display 
adapter and a usb a-b cable

software/firmware or possibly reimage your device 
to resolve this issue.

Would you be able to bring this device by UCS for 
us to do a diagnostic on it? We could give you a 
loaner laptop while we work on it.
