got their laptop back to them. We readded it to AD.

Dropped by this morning for troubleshooting. Tony 
and David said I should get them on the network 
and change date & time settings to normal but that 
did not work. i restarted the device after that 
and tried to see if I could remove her account 
from the device but it looks like she's in a 
group...? 

She is hoping to pick it up before lunch because 
this is her primary work device.
