Hi Kathy,

Are you having trouble with the Xerox travel 
scanner?

Have you tried downloading any of the software or 
updates for that device?

At this website there are links to drivers and 
software.

I would recommend trying the visioneer update 
first. If you are still having issues you can come 
by UCS today and we can try to help you out.

trying to scan when I was in the office Monday and 
Tuesday.

Does it say you are properly connected to the 
scanner? When you try to scan what happens? Are 
you trying to scan remotely?

The scanner is in my office, rwec 139. I’m not 
getting any error messages it just isn’t working. 
I checked for updates and it says there are no 
updates.

Hello,
I’m in desperate need of getting my scanner to 
work for upcoming deadlines. I’m working remotely 
so I don’t know the wou# but I can come into the 
office anytime after 1:00 today. Is this something 
someone can help me with?
