Nathan wants us too look at putting a VDI in the 
clock in stations instead of new pcs. However, 
they would need to be added to some pool that 
would then have access to the time clock. 
Assisning to Volkman because this will involve 
systems things.

We do not want to re-deliver the old 2013 desktops, we will have to have a talk about getting two VDI stations to them.

I picked up the other machine that was having problems, the one that John and I took over there and my intentions are to fit them with sata 2.5" ssd's and hope that when imaging is back up, that we can set them up as kiosk machines no problem on the SSD's and that will allow them to be used for at least the end of next year when windows 10 goes away

Hello,

The student kiosk is still getting stuck on the 
same window (please see below).  It does not allow 
our students to go any further than this window 
and there is no way for us to access this window 
to close it.

Good afternoon,

The Facilities Services Student Payroll Kiosk is 
still not working correctly.  When the students 
attempt to enter their V #, they are getting a 
message that says that another window needs to be 
closed first before they can proceed to punch in.  
There is no way for us to access the window in 
question so that we can close it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

a loaner while I am there.  If it is not ready,

Dorothy,

Thank you for forwarding the WOU# over. Before I 
create a service request ticket, have you tried 
restarting the device? Our techs recommend holding 
down the power button to shut it off and turn it 
back on to boot up. Usually restarting helps 
resolve the issue but if it does not please let us 
know seeing as our techs will likely need to 
reimage the device.

Good morning,

The Facilities Services Student Payroll Kiosk that 
is located in the warehouse is not launching the 
student payroll software.  We need this kiosk so 
that our summer students can log in and out of the 
payroll software.

The screen is showing an "Automatic Repair" 
message that the computer did not start up 
correctly and I am not able to get to a browser to 
launch the payroll software.
