I went over and restarted the ODS Copier and it's 
working now. I was able to send a test page to the 
printer and got it to wake up and start working as 
well.

Alexis called to report the printer in ODS are not 
working and keeps giving this error message when 
she tries to print: Print Unsuccessful. 

20150346[Edit Inv] is offline on her end. 
The copier ID 93627803 is unsuccessful @ scanning 
and printing as well. 

Alexis is hoping a tech can stop by and take a 
look when they are available. You can reach out by
