had end user change device time in BIOS and that 
corrected their issue

Can you try changing the time in Windows?  Right 
click the date and time in the bottom right 
hand>adjust time and date settings>try setting  
set time zone to automatic. See if that resolved 
your issues. You may also try restarting after 
that.
The other option would be to power your device, 
then upon powering back on, repeatedly hit F2 
until you get into the BIOS. Go to date and time 
and change it to the current date and time.  Then 
hit apply/exit and let the computer start 
normally. Let me know if these solutions fix your 
issue.

Dear colleagues, 

We have set up one of our old PCs in our office 
(with the serial number: 20181215), but the 
computer clock is set to 2021, which prevents us 
from using it to browse the internet. Would you 
kindly help us and possibly add us to the system 
as admins. Thank you!
