Hello Lauren, 
Any Chance you could tell the Tag Number of the 
Dell Laptop that I just helped you with?
Wanted to Document it in our system in case the 
issue pops up again and it could be a sign of 
battery related issues. The tag number should be 
located on the "Property of Western Oregon 
University" sticker located on the top or bottom 
of your laptop frame.

laptop at 3% and charging when I left

Laptop turned on during baseline inspection, 
checked system logs to ensure no charging errors. 
Battery was at 1%. Suspect charger not plugged in 
all the way.
