I need some additional information regarding service request #83986

Description: set up iPad for Chelle W20230772 comes with pencil and magic keyboard folio

I have this iPad all ready to go with it's basic / default software. Were there any special apps needed on this device?

If not, it is all ready to go and can be picked up or dropped off some time.
