I have received the longer power cord to connect your second monitor, and am able to schedule a time this week or next week or whenever is convenient for you to install this.

I was able to install the setup this morning, we went over some specifics with GFA equipment and he chose to keep the monitor and have it off to the side. We ended up needing a bigger power cord so I asked Joanie to order one (for the monitor). We logged into zoom, word, and made sure his printer worked and his drives came through.

Everything should be good. 2 weeks'ing the laptop.

Hi David,

I am available all this week from 9am-5pm.

Yes, we plan on taking the old unit back when we deliver the new unit - if you would like to make sure that everything is saved off of your old computer into somewhere like your H drive or google drive, that way we can reupload / grab it on the new machine.

If you need any assistance with this, let me know and I can also help.

The setup is ready to go anytime, so any time you have availability I will schedule that day and we can install this.

I am back.  

It just occurred to me that I have a lot of material on my laptop that I will need to relocate.  Will I be turning over my old laptop when I get the new one or can I hang onto it for a couple of days?
