I wanted to discuss the specifics of your new setup as we understand you may be worried about trading in your working loaner for a new device. The MacBook we have ready for you is a lot stronger, faster and overall smoother than the loaner you are currently using;

we are also able to take a backup of what is on your loaner currently and upload it to the new device, which should make all the things on your loaner available on your new device.

and we have had that ready for her since 7/11. Is

She is getting the new monitor that has the dock 
built in.  And an even faster 2024XXXX instead of 
the M1, only one monitor capability, to now she 
can use TWO monitors.  I am pretty positive that 
she will be very happy!

We have your new macbook all set up and ready to deliver, though we are still waiting on a shipment of monitors that is expected to arrive around the 9th this month.

Would it be okay to wait at or after then to install this setup?

laptop is almost done, downloading acrobat and will need antivirus then good to go.
