What did we want done with this laptop? 

Were we still wanting to assign this to Brianna, or will they continue to use the Macbook?

Our new Education Advisor for the TRIO Student 
Enrichment Program is:

She starts tomorrow so we are hopeful she will 
have a username & email staff address by then.
(She is a previous student.)

She will be in the Advising Center in office #103.

Dana dropped off the device and says this device 
will be going to a new hire. They are hoping to 
have it by 7/12 (that is the date that new hire 
will start).

Hi Sharon,

If all files have been saved to Dana's H-drive we 
can proceed with wiping the device which can take 
up to 2-4 days depending on whether the techs 
currently have devices that are being reimaged. 

I do need to clarify whether Dana's device has 
been dropped off to UCS this morning? 

I am not seeing a ticket created for reimaging and 
just took over this shift for the afternoon so 
please let me know whether the device needs to be 
dropped off and I can create a service request 
ticket to keep track of progress.

HI Lourdes,

Dana did save everything needed to her personal 
"H" Drive.

Does that mean we can come pick it up now?  Or do 
you need time to "wipe" it so it's ready for her 
replacement?

Hello,

I recently got a new setup in my office since I 
switched departments. I am bringing in my previous 
computer to be wiped so the person who is 
replacing me can use it. Since it was bought with 
grant funds, it will need to stay in the TRIO SEP 
department. 

Is there anything else I should do before I bring 
the laptop in?
