Hello Dan,

I was wanting to reach out regarding a ticket I have saying to either pick up or reimage the 27" iMac, WOU # 20200145[Edit Inv] over there in HL220 - was this device wanting to get picked up or reimaged for another user any time soon?

20200145[Edit Inv] is staying in HL220
possibly needing to be reimaged but dan is checking 
with his team first.

Thank you for forwarding that info! Just chatted 
with Joanie and she says she will send you an 
email to provide you with more information 
regarding Dan's request. 

As for Michael's previous setup we can have a tech 
pick it up when they are available since it is 
GFA.

Good morning,

Michael’s office is room HL220.  The Wou number on 
his old machine is 20200145[Edit Inv].

I’ve emailed Joanie and David about a set up for 
Dan but I’m not sure if you will need to create a 
ticket or not. You may want to check with Joanie.

is still in his old office. We have hired Dan 
Rockwell as the new director so could we have 
Michaels’s old machine picked up?
