Hello,

After looking at BO-Mozart it appears that the 
device needs a new fuser to correct the image 
issues.

Here is a link to order a new fuser.

Another option would be to replace this device 
with a new kind option which is linked here.
This option could also be placed on an XPPS 
service contract.

The third option, since you have several printers, 
is to just let this go to PDR and consolidate.

Hello UCS,

Could you send someone out here to take a look at 
one of our printers? ( BO-Mozart on threesisters )

When we try to print the toner leaves back smudges 
at the top of the paper.
