Michael and Randi,
Kaiao Nahale-a brought in his computer W 20181482[Edit Inv] 
stating it would not boot up.  We added a NVMe 
card and that fixed the issue.  The cost of this 
internal SSD card is $64.67.  Normally we request 
an index number PRIOR to repairing, but I wanted 
to make sure that the NVMe card worked before 
requesting an index number.

So now that it is fixed, I would like an index 
number to charge you $64.67, please.

Hello Kaiao,

Following up on your desktop computer that you 
brought into UCS earlier this month. I was able to 
get the machine to boot successfully, although 
very slow. I traced back the issue related to your 
main 500gb hard drive having multiple 
bad/unreadable sectors which is a sign that the 
drive is failing. Which will certainly cause the 
issues where it would not boot into windows.
I have installed a new ssd, which will have the 
same storage size but also be a lot faster. I am 
expecting this will fix the issue, and I am 
currently imaging windows 11 on the new drive. The 
basic image will download all the typical 
applications and programs, just wanting to check 
in and see if you need anything additional?

was able to get computer to boot. But for certain
