still unable to access bios, it automatically goes 
to remote bios update even after a bios update(no 
updates available). Computer still works 
fine....reimage?

issue has been resolved, the computer functions as 
expected. still need to figure out why I can't get 
into bios. Will pass it off/worry about it after the 
event

Hello Chelsee,

Regarding the issue in the Columbia Room yesterday 
with the instructor station and ahead of the event 
at noon today. The computer booted fine on first 
inspection and continued to boot correctly after 
many attempts. I do notice something strange 
happening with the bios but it is not affecting 
the boot pattern of the computer, at least as of 
right now.

The computer will be perfectly fine for the event 
and should have zero issues, please do note to 
ensure that no keys on the keyboard are being 
pressed while the computer is booting since that 
can create complications with the boot process.

As always, if something does come up. Don't 
hesitate to call UCS Help Desk and they can have 
us come back over for you.

computer booted fine. Upon entering bios, bios 
prompts to update and throws network error. 
Clicking OK restarts the computer. Cannot enter 
bios at all. Computer will work for event, but 
possibly having some issues.

They are hoping a tech can meet them there @ 9am and 
troubleshoot.

There will be an event over in the Columbia Room 
tomorrow at noon and they were hoping if someone 
can go in and take a look at the instructor 
station. 

The computer is displaying a "BIOS Error" and is 
now stuck on a boot loop
