Sam said you were having some issues seeing 
printers/connecting to threesisters.

Maybe I can come take a look for you after lunch 
today.

Howdy!

I was able to talk with Sam yesterday morning and 
we did some troubleshooting, but we had to reach 
out to someone else in UCS for some guidance on 
the issue. I just wanted to follow-up as we'll 
need this capability as soon as we can have it 
back online.

Was able to get more details this morning. I 
called him and he says that he cannot connect to 
\\threesisters even after I walked him through how 
to do it over the phone. 

He is getting this error: threesisters took too 
long to respond...

He is hoping someone can do a zoom to help figure 
this out if it is something on his end.

Good afternoon,

It's me again! The VRC is temporarily operating 
out of Todd Hall 116 & 137. There is a networked 
printer at the end of this hallway that you can 
see below. For the last week or so I have not been 
able to print to this device, additionally when I 
was speaking with Jason, my office neighbor, he 
said that it was not located on SOUTHSISTER for 
him, but THREESISTERS and he can still print just 
fine.

I tried to find the printer manually but none of 
the networked devices will show when I browse as 
seen below. I'm confused and need your powerful 
guidance! Help when you can please 🆘
