Hi Alexis,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #84155 & 84156

Description: Reimage for APSC and check bad battery

The two transcriber laptops are imaged and ready to 
go!

The laptop W20180577 battery tested out as "poor", 
for W20180578 it tested as "good", but "good" refers 
to holding a charge 80% of the whole battery rating.

The cost of replacing the battery, each cost $100, 
and is not recommended as these laptops are heading 
towards end-of-life support for Windows, and maybe 
best to submit a purchase request to replace these 
laptops.

Let me know when is a convenient time to have these 
delivered back and returned.
