Hello,

When I log onto my laptop, it does not load my 
home screen instead it turns black. The mouse is 
the only thing visible. When I go to shut it down, 
it gives the option to slide down the screen to 
shutdown. After I shut it off for a few minutes, I 
had another person log on, and it happened again. 

If we leave it logged on, the computer screen 
locks as normal. But when we log on again, the 
black screen returns with only the mouse showing.

Please advise,
