Hello,
The Chromebook we brought over last week had 
property# 20160818.  The bag that was given to the 
library last Friday had a Dell charger/adapter 
with property# 20200322.  We don't own any 
Chromebooks with a "2020" property number.

Could you please search for our charger/adapter 
with property# 20160818?

Do you know who/what department the 20200322 
charger/adapter belongs to?

Hello Lori, 
I have in my records that you brought in a 2016 
Chromebook to be diagnosed for a battery issue 
earlier this week. I have narrowed down the issue 
of a motherboard I/O port issue, unrelated to the 
battery. Due to the age of this chromebook, my 
supervisor is recommending that this laptop gets 
PDR'ed(Removed from inventory and recycled for 
parts). You have also brought in a Dell laptop 
carrying bag and a USB-C charger for the laptop. 
When would be a good time for me to swing by and 
return the accessories?

Lori delivered 2016818 this afternoon and included 
a different charger/adapter that they tested the 
Chromebook. The alternative adapter did not work 
this morning when they plugged it in to charge. 

Lori says the laptop is not taking any charge. A 
student discovered that the laptop was not 
charging or turned it on and returned it to 
library. They brought it to us for assessment.
