Hello Zenon, 
So after the weekend and before our appointment to 
set up your re-imaged desktop today. I loaded up 
your computer to verify it was up to date and 
working as expected. Unfortunately, I still feel 
like it is quite slower than it should be and due 
to its age and the current storage device 
installed in the machine. It is eligible for a 
storage device upgrade from a hybrid hdd to an ssd 
which should result in it being much faster. 
However this will take a bit to clone and install, 
any chance we could move our appointment until 
after lunch? Perhaps around 1:30pm?
I am here until 5 today and Wednesday as well. 
There are also other techs in the office that can 
assist you with getting your computer set back up 
again if today does not work for you.
