I hooked the comptuer up and gave admin rights, seems to be good to go. THey said they are holding onto the loaner laptop for a bit and I will collect that soon.

Hi Cori,

I need some additional information regarding service request #84269

Description: Screen is black and not working 

I was wanting to circle back to this - was a replacement ever put in for the problematic desktop?

If a new hard drive is purchased for the existing computer, this would help speed up the existing computer and get it in working order for much cheaper than a whole new unit would be.

If you are interested in this, please let me know and I would be happy to talk about the specifics.

Was problematic because of sophos and sentinal problems.

Woiuldn't undownload sophos.

Gave loaner for now, they put in for a new PC and then when we get that to them I can take this desktop back and reimage it for them.

not wanting to shutdown or reset. They have tried 
everything to get the screen to come up but it 
remains frozen on a black screen.
