He called back and I was able to help him out by 
prompting a restart and ensuring that Sophos was 
deleted. He now only has sentinel agent. 
Recommended that he shuts down his device at the 
end of the day and if he still encounters a 
similar issue after doing so he will call back.

alled this morning to get some assistance with 
20230504[Edit Inv]. Had him restart the device because he 
said nothing was coming up on his monitors. That 
booted up his device to a "setup programs" screen. 
He doesn't know how to navigate it from there and 
is requesting for some help.
