Hello,

My laptop has been freezing again lately. Could 
you take another look at it this Monday and lend 
me another laptop while you see what is happening? 
It began happening again a few weeks after 
service. Sometimes the machine seems to work fine, 
but after a couple of weeks or so it starts 
freezing again.

user picked up computer and was able to login. User 
brought back loaner 20200874[Edit Inv]. Put the loaner in the 
two weeks area.

you yet but our admin has disabled internet 
activity on your Macbook due to malicious activity 
detected. I see there is a ticket open for you to 
bring the device in on Friday but I wanted you to 
be aware that this action was taken by UCS.

Description: Laptop freezes & restarts 

I am available Tuesdays through Fridays, 9am - 5pm if there is a good time for you to come in and we can look over your laptop. If there isn't much we can do right when you bring it over, we have loaner laptops and we can send one back with you while we look over this unit.

Thanks for the quick response, Andrew. The number 
is: 20220039[Edit Inv]. If we could schedule some time this 
coming week after 3 pm that would be great. 

The laptop suddenly freezes and restarts. 
Sometimes apps do not run properly. I shut it down 
every night and that helps but the issue 
eventually returns.

number so that I can look up what device you have?
 
Walk-ins are always welcome at UCS, but in order 
for a tech to visit you, we need to know your 
schedule and availability. This allows us to 
schedule a time that coincides with the available 
technicians to examine your device.
