Hi Marcus,
I was just looking over a helpdesk ticket where 
you brought us back  W20180603, a UCS loaner 
laptop.  I see this was given to you when you 
brought in 20170840 . It appears that the original 
laptop went missing according to our records.
I see that a newer GFA laptop was issued to 
you, 20210111 . Usually staff and faculty are only 
entitled to 1 GFA laptop. Is your 20210111 laptop 
still being used by you/functioning? If so, UCS 
would like to reclaim this loaner laptop into the 
GFA pool.
