Whatever software comes with computers for 
advisors would be great! We use Adobe pretty 
often. The office is RWEC 126, and as I am leaving 
for today, David will be the best person to 
contact regarding moving forward! Thank you so 
much for your help.

I have put in the request for a new equipment set 
up for David today, just wanted to confirm the 
correct office number? I show RWEC 126 as the 
office you'd like the setup installed in? And for 
the setup, would it be best for our tech to reach 
out to you, or to David directly?
Hopefully this will be resolved shortly, and the 
setup will be completed. Are you aware of any 
special software that David will need? or will our 
basic image be sufficient? We have to do some 
setting up of the laptop before we are able to 
send it, but I will list it as high priority to 
ensure it gets completed as soon as possible for 
you guys!

work. According to the ticket he has not received 
anything yet, wanted to make sure that is the 
case?
We are in the process of getting a laptop ready 
for him, however with Mac laptops the models vary 
based on if he is  wanting a dual monitor or a 
single monitor setup, Does he have a preference on 
the amount of monitors?

Good morning Nathan,

I hope you had a restful weekend. I am following up 
on a laptop for our new advisor, David Freeman. We 
went to UCS before David had been assigned an office. 
David is now located in RWEC 126; when we updated the 
ticket, we would have it delivered to my office (RWEC 
164). It would be greatly appreciated if we could 
have it delivered to 126. I am also unsure if the 
ethernet ports in that office work, but here is the 
port number if needed: 082.A.047.  Thank you for your 
time.

Contact Julian Elizalde at 89781 to reach David  as he's helping his get set up. 
David is taking over David Beasley's position. David beasley is still with the 
university and Julian will reach out and let us know whether David Beasley left 
his equipment behind of not.

if one is available. Please let me know what else
