Took a look, doesn't have sophos anymore, 
ran 10 optional updates, and restarted the 
computer. Should be good to go after the 
restart.

received a call reporting that W#20160930[Edit Inv] is stuck 
on a loop and users aren't able to restart. 

they reported that there was an "system needs 
updates" error message

I had them look up sophos in their computer and 
they confirmed it is still installed. could be a 
possible sophos issue.
