Hi Roseanna,
The printer likely had a fault when we had those 
power outages this morning. Try unplugging the 
printer for 30 seconds then plugging it back in.

Hi Roseanna,

I need some additional information regarding service request #84517

Description: printer error msg

Please see if a brief restart will make the printer functional again - we had the power go out on campus and a number of our devices are acting up, if it is still erroring after a restart we can come over to take a look at it.
