Gave "Authentication Disabled" error when trying to 
software update on users account that had admin 
access. I signed in with ucs admin and was able to 
update

Good Morning Clayton,

What is the WOU# of your macbook pro? If you need 
admin rights, you would likely need to stop by if 
the laptop is assigned to you. Does it give you 
any errors when you try to put in your 
credentials? 

What portal button are you clicking on that gives 
you that error? You should be able to send emails 
to all staff and employees using the Internal 
Communication Hub in the portal.

Hey all,

My Macbook Pro needs updated and it's not letting 
me do it without authorization. We tried before, 
but it never ended up updating. I think we thought 
we had it - but when the time came and I restarted 
it, it didn't. If there is a way we can get me 
authorized to do that (I was on my non-Mac 
laptop), I'd love to stay out of your hair!

And a dumb email question, but how do you send an 
email to all staff and employees? On the portal I 
click the button and I get "this page isn't 
working" ... I know there's an email address I can 
put it, but I'm not sure what it is.
